Foo Fighters have teased that Nirvana could reunite this weekend at CalJam.

The band's posted a couple of cryptic tweets that could suggest the band could be getting back together for a one-off performance in San Bernardino.

All three surviving members - Dave Grohl and Pat Smear (Foo Fighters) and Krist Novoselic (Giants in the Trees) - will be there this weekend.

Foo Fighters first posted a tweet responding to the screening of Joan Jett's new documentary, saying: “CAN’T WAIT!!!! What else could we have up our sleeves??? Stay tuned….”

Jett was one of the vocalists in Nirvana's 2014 reunion show, alongside John McAuley, who'll also be there with his band Deer Tick.

It's all very cryptic, but we'll see how close these signals are.
