R.E.M’s Peter Buck On New Creative Venture

Although the band soundtracked the 1990s, R.E.M called it a day in 2011 and have kept creatively quiet ever since.

For creatives, staying quiet can only last so long and founding member and guitarist Peter Buck has been busy in the producer seat working with Portland based band Eyelids.

Not only did he produce the bands new album OR, but he stars in their film clip of Falling Eyes.

A band who aren’t ones to gloat have been very proud of this week.

Although Peter’s been busy behind the scenes, there is still hope for a R.E.M reunion with frontman Michael Stipe heading back on stage last year.
