Linkin Park’s appearance on Carpool Karaoke has been released with the blessing of the band and Chester Bennington’s family.

The video was filmed for the online show which appears on Apple Music less than a week before Bennington’s death by suicide in July and represents one of his last public appearances.

The segment is guest hosted by The Hangover star Ken Jeong and shows Bennington in good spirits in the driver’s seat, with guitarist and lead singer Mike Shinoda and DJ Joe Hahn along for the ride.

After Jeong (who calls himself Chow after his Hangover character all through the video) tries to convince the guys to change the band name to Linken Park (and hire him), they started belting out tunes in the car.

Watch the video here and keep the tissues handy:

They start with Hey Ya! by Outkast before moving on to Linkin’s Park own catalogue.

Numb was first up — which Chester absolutely belts out and features some pretty full on headbanging from Jeong — then do In The End and Talking To Myself before doing a version of Under The Bridge by Red Hot Chili Peppers.

After Jeong reveals his own background in karaoke, they move to the next level — a bus with karaoke capabilities.

The group then work through Lynyrd SkynyrdSweet Home Alabama and AerosmithDon’t Wanna Miss A Thing.

The video closes with the complete in-car version of Numb.

Chester also shows off his techniques for what he calls “screanging” — scream singing — at around the six minute mark, explaining that it’s “gotta come from within”.

Jeong also plays a game with them called ‘scream or whisper scream’ and plays up a fake feud with Mike Shinoda the whole way through the video.

Midway through the video, Jeong has the band jump out and perform a dance routine out the front of someone’s house that ends with them posing like a breakdance crew:

The full video clocks in at 23 minutes but is well worth setting aside the time for.
