When Stone Sour and Slipknot singer Corey Taylor dropped into Triple M HQ last week for a competition winner only exclusive event, fans asked him the hard hitting questions.

Taylor, who started the heavy music festival Knotfest revealed he is in talks about bringing the popular music festival down under, saying; “It only makes sense that Australia has a hard rock music festival, the best rock music comes from Australia”.

He also confessed to fans he’d love to work with Nine Inch Nails Trent Reznor, saying as a musician he feels they would make some really hard music.

On the musician he is today, Taylor, who has influenced a new generation of heavy bands revealed; “Now I’m the person I want to be and not expected to be. I know make music to be listened to that’s respected by peers and those in the genre”.
