Dave Grohl Gave His Shoe To A Fan On Crutches At A Gig Last Week

Dave Grohl was photographed backstage at a Foo Fighters gig last week giving one of his shoes to a fan on crutches.

The fan, who goes by the name Sabryn, tweeted about meeting Dave (and his orthopaedic doctor) backstage at the gig in Washington DC.

When the doc saw she was using crutches, he told her that her foot wouldn’t heal as well if she didn’t wear a shoe.

“I told him that my shoes didn’t fit over it because it’s pretty big and my shoes are kinda small,” Sabryn told the Alternative Press.

“So Dave said, ‘You need one of my big high tops!’ and I laughed it off.”

But then Dave actually gave her the shoe.

“I wore it for the rest of the night after Dave told me to put it on,” she said. 

“It’s definitely one of the coolest things to ever happen, and probably the funniest”.
