Just hours after Triple M rock reporter James Young reported a Led Zeppelin reunion, Billboard have reported the Californian based music festival, Desert Trip will not be returning for 2017.

The festival that is the older generations answer to Coachella, was a huge success and sell out in 2016, with headliners Rolling Stones, Neil Young and Paul McCartney playing killer performances.

Report's of this year’s instalment being headed by Led Zeppelin has had music fans stoked, but with the news of the festival not running this year we’re convinced it’s to budget for the super expensive, high demand rock band Led Zeppelin who’s 50th anniversary next year will be the performance of a life time.
