It’s the album of the year and Foo Fighters have finally released details of their brand new album.

But that’s not all! The band are also heading their own music festival!

We know! It’s Foo-much awesome news at once, it’s like all of our Christmas’ have come at once.

The 9th studio album from the Foo Fighters titled Concrete and Gold will be available world wide 15th September and available to pre-order here NOW!

Concrete And Gold will have 11 HUGE songs, the lead single and heavy rock anthem "Run" is out now (read more here) and we just heard two more rockin’ tracks, listen here.

Concrete And Gold was written and performed by Foo Fighters, produced by Greg Kurstin and Foo Fighters, and mixed by Darrell Thorp.

On the new record, Dave Grohl said: “I wanted it to be the biggest sounding Foo Fighters record ever. To make a gigantic rock record but with Greg Kurstin’s sense of melody and arrangement... Motorhead’s version of Sgt. Pepper... or something like that.”

The artwork keeps with that clean, simple style... very classic Foo Fighters but the new record is the first with the new FF logo.

Foo Fighters Announce Its Own Music Festival

As if that isn’t enough, the Fooeys have announced their first American show this year will be the band headlining their very own music festival, Cal Jam on 7th October in San Bernadino, California.

Cal Jam '17 will be a MASSIVE one day rock music festival, headlined by the Fooeys themselves and have special guests and mates Queens Of The Stone Age, Liam Gallagher, Cage The Elephant, Royal Blood and heaps more.
