The Barking Spiders

Infamous mystery band The Barking Spiders have announced a one-off, special performance in Sydney at the end of the month, marking their first public performance in 35 years.

Despite never doing interviews, photoshoots or music clips, the group are strongly rumoured to actually be a very famous Australian band who choose to go underground for secret gigs.

And while we can't name them for legal reasons, the Adelaide five-piece are more than a household name in this country; they're a part of Aussie rock music history.

They are, as one commenter said, "a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma" - and they're going to bring the roof of the Enmore DOWN.

Intrigued? You should be. The mystery will be solved on Wednesday, February 28 for the lucky few who can get their hands on tickets, which are on sale from 10am this Thursday.

Don't wait. This is going to be epic.
