Ahead of the release of his new album, Who Built The Moon? Noel Gallagher talked to Noisey and addressed the question of the scissors player.

The guest scissors player, Charlotte Courbe joined Noel Gallagher and his band the High Flying Birds on the headline making BBC TV appearance to promote the outspoken Oasis musician's new record.

Understandably confused by the additional band member, brother Liam Gallagher came back at his brother saying; "he needs a big lie down" (read more here) and then had someone peel a potato at his gig (watch here) adding fuel to their already fiery feud. 

Talking to Noisey, Noel revealed it was the guest musician, Courbe’s idea to play the scissors.

Courbe, who plays scissors in the band, Le Volune Courbe and Noel was “blown away” after watching live videos of Course’s scissor playing, so impressed by her scissor playing he stating; “she’s a f#cking hero”.

Noel admits the new record Who Built the Moon? is a fan dividing album, with long instrumental parts and spoken word, it is like nothing Noel has written before.
