Shannon Noll has been charged after police allegedly found a bag of “white powder” during a search, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Noll was at the Caringbah Hotel on Thursday night when he was searched by a dog squad at 8.15pm.
Police allege Noll was carrying a small bag of what they believed to be cocaine.
He has been charged with one count of possessing a prohibited drug.
“Officers from the Sutherland Shire Police Area Command, along with Public Transport & Public Safety Command and the Dog Unit, were conducting a drug operation at a licensed premises on Port Hacking Road at Caringbah,” a NSW Police spokeswoman told the Daily Telegraph.
“A 42-year-old man was arrested by police after allegedly being detected with white powder, believed to be cocaine.”
The incident comes two months after Noll was in the news for a rant at a gig at the Duck Creek Picnic Races.
Noll’s representatives didn’t comment to the Daily Telegraph.
