Silverchair Drummer Charged With Drink-Driving
Allegedly nearly three times the limit

Silverchair drummer Ben Gillies has been charged with drink-driving and refusing a breath test.
He was charged with mid-range drink-driving on January 21st, according to Fairfax Media.
He was caught driving in the Newcastle area at 1am when he was pulled over by police, who allege he blew a blood alcohol reading of 0.144 — nearly three times the legal limit.
They also allege that he refused to submit to a breath test.
Gillies has been charged with mid-range drink driving, refusing or failing to submit to a breath test and negligent driving.
The case has been adjourned until the 1st of March.
