The Church’s Steve Kilbey Announced Brand New Album

The incredible voice behind classic Australian rock band The Church has announced the release of yet another album!

‘Glow and Fade’ will be record #5 from Kilbey and award winning composer Martin Kennedy, out via Golden Robot Records.

The new release rings similar to epic concept records of the 60s.

On the new release Kilbey said;“The songs are about wide-eyed naïveté and crushing cynicism, nature of time, time of nature, the struggle and the defeat, love in all its old disguises. It really is quite a journey.”

The fourth track on the album, We Are Still Waiting, is the first single to be lifted from the album. It’s driving synth laden dream pop with everything that was good about the 80’s and showcases Kilbey’s lyrical mastery in a beautiful duet with Melbourne vocalist, Selena Cross.
