The Living End have just announced that after a huge tour across USA and Europe, the legendary punk trio will be returning to Australian shores later this year for a very special, one-off, intimate benefit concert in their hometown of Melbourne.

As if that isn’t exciting enough, Aussie ska icons Area-7 will be joining the punk trio for the special event.

The show will be held Saturday, October 28 at the historic The Croxton Bandroom in Melbourne, with proceeds set to be donated to the Wild 2 Free Animal Sanctuary.

The shelter is run by The Living End’s manager, Rae Harvey, and funds raised from the show will go towards replacing a house that was destroyed by a fire on the property in 2016.

TLE frontman Chris Cheney says the band hopes fans will come along to this special night and support their friend and manager and this great cause.

“Rae Harvey has managed TLE for 20 years and aside from being a great manager and friend, she's also been incredibly passionate about the wellbeing and protection of animals. When her dream of opening up an animal shelter literally went up in flames a year ago naturally we wanted to help. The funds from this gig will go directly towards setting up Wild 2 Free.”

This is a not to be missed show and will surely sell out.
