WATCH: Rick Astley Rock Out With Foo Fighters In The Style Of Nirvana

In a confusingly awesome live performance, Foo Fighters did a duet with the one hit wonder Rick Astley.

The two acts were somehow both on the same bill for Japan’s Summer Sonic Festival and after only meeting minutes before the Fooey’s pulled together a rocking version of Astley’s hit single ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’.

If you think this version of the 1987 hit sounds a lot cooler it’s because it’s played in the style of Nirvana.

Like everyone who meets Dave Grohl, the two musicians soon became best friends.

Could this be the beginning of another beautiful musical friendship?
