Triple M's very own Chris Dittmar has been inducted into the South Australian Sport Hall of Fame.
Before joining Triple M for an illustrious career in radio, Ditts enjoyed a very successful career as an international squash player.
The great man rose to be the number one ranked player in the world in 1993, while also enjoying long stints as the number two and number three ranked player throughout his career.
Ditts enjoyed many career tournament wins, including taking out the Australian, Canadian, European and New Zealand Opens and two South African Opens.
Now his achievements representing Australia on the international squash scene have been recognised with an induction into the SA Sport Hall of Fame.
However Ditts' night at the awards didn't exactly end up the way he wanted, with a dirty suit and split trousers!
Ditts was one of six new athletes to be inducted this year, joining Nat Von Bertouch (netball), Phil Rogers (swimming), Katrina Webb (netball/athletics), Brett Aitken (cycling) and Clarrie Grimmett (cricket) as 2017's inductees.
