*$35 million for the Ring Road Project, subject to Commonwealth funding to meet the remaining cost of the project
*$30 million for upgrades of South Coast Highway between Albany and Jerramungup
*$6.9 million towards the Centennial Park Sports Precinct
*$3 million for Mt Lockyer Primary School to refurbish and upgrade classrooms and facilities
*$360,000 towards the Ice Breakers program to support methamphetamine to move from dependency to recovery
*$250,000 in funding towards a feasibility study into the development of a South Coast Surf Reef, subject to a matching contribution by the City of Albany.
