If you feel like a trip down memory lane this weekend, you're going to want to head to Albion as Cafe de Soyt plays host to the annual retro gaming Christmas market.

Billed as the biggest of its kind in Australia, the sprawling market will have more than 10,000 items on sale and is promising games for pretty much every console going - including your beat-up old Atari.

"If you want to relive your best memories from the 80s/ 90s/ 00s this Christmas, come join us," say the event's organisers. "Excitement should be kicking in!"

It's not justĀ vintage gamesĀ on offer, though; the market will be chock-full of more recent PS3 and Xbox items alongside gamers' clothing, controllers and a whole bunch of old school toys.

And while entry to the market is free, you can help raise money for BeyondBlue by grabbing a Geek Society 2018 Calendar with all proceeds going to the mental health charity.

You can check out the event page for more info, or head to Eventbu to grab your tickets.
