Duo wanted over Mooney Mooney robbery

Police release descriptions.

Brisbane Water Police are investigating the armed robbery of a club at Mooney Mooney on Sunday night.

During normal trading staff were confronted about 9:40pm by a man and woman, both described as being in their late teens to early twenties and both wearing disguises.

Police have been told that the male POI had a knife and demanded access to the safe and female POI had a pistol and demanded money. The POI's subsequently left the club after grabbing an amount of cash from the till and were last seen running through the car park towards Kowan Road.

No one was injured during the incident.

The POI's are described as:
POI 1: Male, 160cm tall, stocky build, Australian accent, Caucasian appearance. Wearing black full face balaclava and dark clothing (long sleeved sloppy joe). Male was carrying approximately 20cm long kitchen carving knife with possibly wooden handle.

POI 2: Female 165cm tall, chubby build, Australian accent, Caucasian appearance. Wearing black full face (ski) balaclava, dark hoodie and pants. Female was carrying pistol.
