Three men will remain behind bars for at least the next two months, after they appeared in Wyong local court yesterday over the murder of 21 year old Jayden Mason in Lake Haven on June 24th.
The 21 year old was found unconscious LAKE HAVEN DRIVE with severe head injuries just moments after being kicked out of a nearby LICENSED VENUE on June 24...his life support was turned off the following day.
NEWSCORP reports MR MASON was allegedly kicked and had his head jumped on by ONE of the men charged with his MURDER.
28 year old Benjamin O'Brien and 34 year old Ryan Paterson, each charged with murder, fronted the magistrate in WYONG and GOSFORD respectively yesterday.
While BENJAMIN's older brother, 37 year old David O'Brien, was charged with concealing a serious offence.
The trio didn't apply for bail and it was formally refused ahead of their next court appearances in WYONG on September 5.
Channel NINE reports BROTHERS...28 year old BENJAMIN O'BRIEN..who's facing a MURDER CHARGE...and 37 year old DAVID O'BRIEN....who was charged with concealing a serious offence....didn't appear ...with no application made for bail.
The younger man's been remanded in custody until SEPTEMBER while COURT PAPERS show his OLDER BROTHER had a lengthy criminal record and was on parole at the time the offence was allegedly committed.
MR MASON was found on the side of LAKE HAVEN DRIVE with severe head injuries late last month...and had his life support switched off in hospital the following day.
A third man...is due in GOSFORD LOCAL COURT today...also facing a murder charge.
EARLIER: THREE MEN have been charged to front COURT today over the death of 21 year old JAYDEN MASON at LAKE HAVEN 10 days ago.
A passing motorist found MR MASON lying UNCONSCIOUS on LAKE HAVEN DRIVE, with serious head injuries. His life support was switched off in the JOHN HUNTER the following day.
Following investigations, a 28 year old NORAH HEAD and 34 year old ERINA man have been charged with the victim's alleged MURDER. They'll face Wyong and Gosford Local Courts respectively.
While a 37 year old man from KANWAL was also charged with concealing a serious offence.
