Thunderstorms Set To Snap Dry Spell On The Central Coast

The Central Coast & Sydney is expected to cop a thunderstorm this afternoon, breaking a long dry spell with a cold front moving through NSW.

According to the Bureau of Meteorology, it's likely that a thunderstorm will hit this afternoon or this evening, with winds ranging from 30 to 45 km/hr.

We may be facing showers from Wednesday to the end of the week - a welcome break following our driest September on record.

Temperatures for the rest of the week span from 22C - 28C.
