Rocky real estate agent, James Jackson of The Range, is being hailed as an office hero.

Just last night, Mr Jackson closed the sale of a Quay Street property to a Sydney-based investor, receiving well above asking price.

“It can be hard to sell a Queenslander that sits in the centre of a flood plain,” Jackson said.

“The key was turning a weakness into a strength.”

In a stroke of genius, the agent listed a ‘seasonally fluctuating organic infinity pool’ as the property’s stand-out feature. The buyer, who made the purchase site unseen, is said to be thrilled with the purchase.

“I’ve been assured it has an unbeatable river view... but it's the organic infinity pool that really floats my boat,” she said.

“I hope to add an indoor pool in the near future. The property value should go through the roof. Fingers crossed!"
