UPDATE:

A Provisional Licence holder will face court on August 7 after being charged with High Range PCA.

The 23 year old man returned a positive breath analysis of 0.192.

The result was confirmed with NSW Police Media after a release said the man "allegedly returned a positive reading nine times the limit".

A man with a provisional licence will face court next month after being charged with high range PCA.

According to a release from NSW Police Media, the driver allegedly returned a positive reading nine times over the legal limit.

Police will allege a Holden Cruze was travelling on Lyster Street in Coffs Harbour, with it's hazard lights on just before midnight on Saturday.

The vehicle was stopped and police spoke to the 23 year old male driver, before he underwent a roadside breath test, which returned a positive result.

He was arrested and taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station where he underwent a breath analysis, which returned a positive result.

The man had his licence suspended and was granted bail.

He is due to appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on Monday 7 August 2017.
