Apart from events like the World Rally Championships, the former Deep Sea Fishing Club site has remained vacant, but that may all change soon.

This Thursday at the Coffs Harbour City Council meeting, Councillors will join to discuss possible options for a short term lease of the premises.

The site, which is crown land, is overseen by Coffs Harbour City Council as the Corporate Manager. Recently, they engaged the services of a commercial real estate agent to assist in securing a tenant for the lease of up to 3 years.

During the recent Expression of Interest process, proposals were received from two interested parties.

Due to the nature of the process, the discussions will be held in confidence at the meeting.
