Emergency services have closed Jordan Esplanade as they respond to a fire in the Coffs Harbour Jetty area.
Traffic is being diverted into Camperdown Street, while motorists around Gallows and the southern end of Jordan Esplanade are being slowly directed out of the area.
Three fire trucks and a Hazmat crew from both Coffs Harbour and Sawtell are at the scene, along with Police.
It’s understood that a fire has destroyed a structure in a local community at the area.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area.
