Lawsuit ahead for Dolphin Marine Magic

An animal activist group has launched a lawsuit against Dolphin Marine Magic, claiming the park's marketing is misleading about the mammals' welfare.

Australia for Dolphins says its Consumer Law case will argue dolphins can’t be “happy and healthy” in captivity.

Dolphin Marine Magic reps say they'll release a statement at a later date.
