Macksville Man to Face Court on Driving Charges

A 26 year old Macksville man will face court after being sighted on his phone with his right foot resting near the dash while driving.

After a number of inquiries, the man was served a Future Court Attendance Notice for Drive recklessly/furiously or speed/manner dangerous - 1st off, and Negligent driving after the incident on the Pacific Highway at Thrumster on Sunday 29 July 2018.

This male will appear at the Port Macquarie Local Court on 17 October 2018 in relation to the charges.
