Emergency services were called to a single vehicle crash on the Pacific Highway, just before the Moonee Beach exit.

According to NSW Ambulance, they were called to the scene at 10:01am after a vehicle, heading south, left the highway, hitting the safety wires on the side of the road.

It is understood that the male driver in his 50’s suffered a medical condition causing the crash.

RFS crews, Fire and Rescue NSW and SES were also called to the location. 

The man was transported to the Coffs Harbour Health Campus in a serious condition.
