A 15 year old female on bail has been arrested overnight in Coffs Harbour.

Around 9pm, on Tuesday night police received a number of complaints regarding loud music and offensive bahaviour associated with a house on Frederick Street in Coffs Harbour.

Initially reports allege that a female was running from the house yelling offensive and racial comments at neighbouring homes.

When Police arrived at the location, it was noticed that the public housing house was in disrepair with significant damage being occasioned internally and externally.

Police observed a 15 year old female inside the premises who started abusing them using offensive and racial comments. Loud music was also alleged to have been heard coming from the house.

Entry to the home was denied by the occupants, so Police applied for, and were granted an urgent warrant to enter the premises to stop the noise.

Police then entered the premises, stopping the noise, and locating the 15 year old girl hiding in a shed in the rear of the premises. Once discovered she allegedly continued to abuse police with offensive and racial language.

The female was placed under arrest for offensive conduct and breach of bail.

She was taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station where she was charged. As the 15 year old female is currently on strict bail, she was refused bail by police to appear today at Coffs Harbour Children's Court.

Investigations are continuing.
