Two Car Crash Closed Highway North of Grafton

Northbound lanes of the Pacific Highway were closed for a couple of hours during the night following a two vehicle crash north of Grafton.

Just after midnight emergency services were called to the scene near Telegraph Street at Cowper.

A short time later the highway was closed to northbound traffic.

Motorists were diverted along Summerland Way.

THe Highway was cleared and reopened within a few hours ahead of the expected high volume of traffic for Christmas Eve.
