In a recent interview with CBS This Morning Carrie Underwood revealed that her journey to get pregnant hadn’t come without heartbreak – sharing with host Tracy Smith and the audience she had suffered three miscarriages in two years.

Underwood says: "I’d kind of planned that 2017 was, you know, going to be the year that I work on new music, and I have a baby,” Underwood relates. “We got pregnant early 2017, and didn’t work out.”

She took this setback in stride. "It happens," she says. "In the beginning it was like, ‘Okay, God, we know this just wasn’t our time – and that is all right. We will bounce back and figure our way through it.”

Carrie’s faith was however put to the test again and again when she miscarried twice more shortly afterwards, in Spring of 2017 and early in 2018.

The great news is that after much disappointment, Carrie is happily pregnant and eagerly awaiting the arrival of second child.

Carrie will be in Australia (baby bump and all) for the Deni Ute Muster, which kicks off next Friday September 28th.   This will be Carrie's only full concert appearance in Australia this year so make sure you get your tix here: https://bit.ly/2NQeMdv to catch one of the hottest country superstars on the planet!
