Lady Antebellum’s husband and wife team of Hillary Scott and drummer Chris Tyrrell are dividing baby duties while Lady A is on tour during their summer.

Chris has made the decision to stay home on ‘daddy duty’ with the couple’s newborn twins, Betsy Mack and Emory JoAnn, while Scott hits the tour circuit with the band kicking off in July.

Tyrrell says of the decision:

"[I'm] looking forward to it.  I’ve been a bandmate, employee, husband and dad, so I’m okay removing a hat. Besides, when you looked at whether the band could do without me or her, there wasn’t much question!”

Lady Antebellum will start their 'Summer Plays On Tour' with Darius Rucker in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on July 19.
