70-year-old To Face Toowoomba Court on Murder Charges

70-year-old Patrick Hanley’s murder case has been adjourned until June 7^th for committal mention in a Toowoomba court.

Hanley has been accused of the murder of 46-year-old Matthew David Morcus on October 13^th, 2016.

Hanley shot Morcus in the chest.

No plea has been entered into the charge.
