Asbestos Diseases Support Society Event to be Held in Warwick This Weekend
A large turnout expected
Warwick residents with asbestos related health problems are invited to a Support Society event this weekend.
The Asbestos Diseases Support Society will be in Warwick after a the success of a Toowoomba event.
The event will take place at the Warwick RSL Memorial Club on the corner of Albion and King Street from 11:00AM
Asbestos Diseases Support Society CEO Amanda Richards says sufferers feel quite isolated, the society will be there to share stories and offer guidance on how to get help.
Family, friends and carer’s are all welcome to attend.
One in three Southern Downs homes has asbestos, event organisers are expecting a large turnout.
Disease specialists will be on hand to inform.
