The OPTUS MyBusiness Awards presentation was held at The Star in Sydney on Friday night and Sunrise Way was named Not For Profit Business of the Year.

These national awards are Australia’s longest running awards program and celebrate innovation, leadership, growth and service from every industry and state.  Entrants are judged by an independent panel of respected industry professionals and assessed against specific metrics and business performance parameters.

The award specifically recognises the Not-For-Profit business that has most effectively capitalised on market opportunities and driven demonstrable business growth. Sunrise Way were one of seven finalists on the night, including large national organisations such as Youngcare and Evolve Housing.

Staff members celebrated the win on Monday
Bec Cooper (Counsellor) and Tiffany Ehrlich (Social Worker)
