Busy Weekend for Emergency Services on the Southern Downs

Emergency Services were called out to two separate accidents on the weekend in the Southern Downs.

The first incident saw a 13-year-old boy taken to the Warwick Hospital after the rider fell from his bike at a 4WD Park in Glendon Road.  He was transported to hospital in a stable condition.

The second accident in Applethorpe involved a 21-year-old man.  Ambulance crews responding to a trail bike crash.  The man suffering a fractured arm and a shoulder injury.
