Voting for the People’s Choice Award, as part of this year’s Lockyer Valley Business Training and Apprenticeship Awards, is now open and Council’s Mayor Tanya Milligan is encouraging customers to get their votes in.

“Customer service is a vital part of any successful business and I know for certain there are many businesses in the region committed to providing their patrons with the very best experience possible.

“It is these business owners we want to hear about and reward,” Mayor Milligan said.

Customers can vote by completing a form at the following locations:

  • Heritage Bank, Railway Street, Gatton
  • Heritage Bank, Laidley Newsxpress, Patrick Street, Laidley
  • Libraries – Gatton and Laidley
  • Visitor Information Centre, Lake Apex, Gatton
  • Gatton Star Office, North Street, Gatton

Voting is now open and will close at COB on Thursday 20 September 2018.

Eight finalists will be determined by popular vote and the overall winner will be determined by a mystery shopping experience. Each finalist will receive two tickets to the Gala Presentation Dinner.

Vote for your favourite business and you will go into the draw to win a $100 gift voucher at a local business of your choice. The winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced at the Lockyer Valley Business, Training and Apprenticeship Awards Gala Dinner on Saturday 20 October, 2018.
