Clive Berghofer Digs Deep for Broncos
$3 million sponsorship
Toowoomba philanthropist Clive Berghofer has pledged $3 million ins sponsorship to the Broncos Club at Red Hill.
The club approached Mr Berghofer 5 months ago asking for sponsorship money.
Broncos, being his number one team, it was hard to say no. As part of the sponsorship arrangement the Club would invest more time and money in Darling Downs schools.
The Brisbane Bronco’s new $27million training facility at Red Hill will join a long list of buildings that bear the name “Clive Berghofer.”
So far this year Mr Berghofer has donated money to Saint Vincents Hospital, LifeFlight, Ronald McDonald House and the RIDBC Clive Berghofer Centre.
