Residents of Prince Henry Heights jubilation may be short lived as the developer of a housing estate knocked back by Council plan to appeal the decision in Court.

Shangri-La International Holdings Pty Ltd lodged a development application for a 40-lot unit development on land at Charlmay St in Prince Henry Heights in December 2017.  Due to large public opposition, a “special council meeting” was held in March, where Council voted against the planned development.

The developer has engaged the services of lawyers and will now fight the decision in the Planning and Environment Court.
