Locals Ask for a Review to Proposed Route of the Inland Rail Project

Hundreds of locals have signed a petition asking for a review of the proposed path of the Inland rail project.

Most objections have come from landholders that live within 2 kilometers of the line.

If you want to sign the petition you can find it at the Pittsworth Post Office, it will then be taken to Federal Parliament in a call for a change in the current proposed route.

The government last month indicated that the route through Millmerran and Pittsworth is their preferred option.

The petition already has 200 signatures, if you want to add yours you have until this Saturday.
