A man fronted Toowoomba Magistrates Court last week after being charged with ‘drug driving’ on two occasions in a one month period.
Officers charged the man after he was found driving along Holberton Street and tested positive to methylamphetamine.
He was charged again five days later after being tested while driving on O’Brien Street – again testing postivie to methylamphetamine.
He fronted the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on Thursday (October 18) where he was disqualified from driving for 2-years and placed on 18-months probation.
