A Banana Shire man has been found not guilty of the rape of a female relative.
The man was accused of the offence in December 2014 after a complaint was made by the girl to her mother accusing the man of digital rape.
The man appeared in front of a Dalby Magistrate last week.
Defence claimed inconsistent statements from both the child and her mother in court and to police, was evidence the rape didn’t happen.
The jury took roughly one hour to reach their verdict.
