It took three police officers to handcuff a man who jumped the dock at a Toowoomba Supreme Court yesterday telling the Court that he has been set up and he wasn't guilty.

However, 26-year-old Thomas James Carlin was found guilty on drug and firearm charges after being linked with a sports bag that contained drugs - ecstasy, testosterone vials, marijuana - a loaded firearm, $32,000 in cash and a computer that was found in a room at the Shamrock Hotel last year.

The computer contained pictures of Carlin’s daughter.

The jury found Carlin guilty.  Justice Peter Applegarth adjourned sentencing to a later date.
