A 19-year-old man has been charged with ‘public nuisance’ after a man was left unconscious as the result of a punching incident.
The man was unconscious for about 20 minutes outside the Russell Tavern in the early hours of Sunday May 7th.
After regaining consciousness the man told police he did not want to lay charges.
The assailant will appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on June 6th.
