Mayor Paul Antonio Has Been Fined $14,360
following ABC interview
Toowoomba Mayor Paul Antonio has been fined over $14,000 following an interview held with the ABC last year.
The local government review panel has fined Mayor Antonio for allegedly conducting three acts of misconduct in relation to dealings with the Melbourne to Brisbane Inland Rail project.
The Mayor admitted during the interview he paid for the design of an alternative route.
