More Care Needs to Be Taken on Our Roads
These School Holidays
With five people having lost their lives across the state on the weekend, just 2 days into the winter school holiday break, motorists are being urged to take it easy on our roads.
Darling Downs did not escape without incident with a man being airlifted to hospital after her was injured in a crash on the Warrego Highway near Toowoomba on Saturday.
Remember the Fatal Five and stay alive:
- speeding
- driving under the influence of substances (drugs and/or alcohol)
- not wearing a seatbelt
- driving whilst fatigued
- driving while distracted (including mobile devices)
