Nine people, who are allegedly involved in an incident on the weekend that has resulted in the death of a 37-year-old woman at Wilsonton, have all had their cases heard in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court this morning.

The group – six women and three men have been charged with a combined 24 offences including assault occasioning bodily harm, more charges were expected to be laid today.

The nine members of the group were not required to appear in court or enter a plea.  They were all remanded to reappear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court tomorrow.

Meanwhile Forensic Officers continue their investigations at the Wilsonton address where the violent crime occurred on Sunday morning.

The unit complex at the corner of McGregor St and Williamson Lane remains a crime scene.

Investigations are continuing into the incident, and police have appealed for any members of the public with information to come forward.
