New Acland Mine Coal Mine Expansion Court Case Wrapped Up

Land Court proceedings over the expansion of the New Acland Coal Mine have wrapped up.

Statements from both New Acland Coal and farmer’s fighting the Stage 3 project were presented in the Land Court on Thursday.

A final decision to be handed down by the Court is not expected for some weeks.
