New Hope Isn’t Giving Up on their Expansion

New Hope isn’t giving up on their plans for the expansion of its Acland coal mine with the Companies subsidiary having submitted a review into the recent decision by the Land Court to not recommend going ahead with the project.

The Land Court has said that the Stage Three expansion of the project would lead to adverse environmental impacts.

If a review is approved New Acland Coal will argue that the Land Court made an error of law in its judgement.
