Police Charge Man over Armed Robbery of Service Station

Police have charged a man over the armed robbery of a Dalby Service Station on Monday night.

The 25-year-old man allegedly entered the servo on Drayton Street armed with a knife and demanded cash from an attendant.

The man fled the scene on foot with the cash later taking off in a Toyota Rav 4 that was parked nearby.

Officers found the man in a motel room in Chinchilla yesterday afternoon. 

He will appear in front a Dalby magistrate today
