Safety breaches for the Toowoomba Second Range crossing has now reached triple figures.
Investigations started looking into safety breaches at the Second Range Crossing project in February after a large number of breaches had been recorded.
A further 20 have happened since the investigating taking the total of reported safety breaches to 107.
As of April 5, Nexus and its subcontractors had been issued with 107 statutory notices, including six infringement notices, according to figures released by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.
The Department of Transport and Main Roads has engaged an independent consultant to conduct a safety audit of the project, it is a two-stage audit, with a final report due at the end of April.
